Project Title: “Development of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) methodology for cardiovascular diagnosis at High Magnetic Field Strength.”
Principal Investigator: Paul Finn, MD
UCLA IRB # 11-001690

If you are above 18 years of age, in general good health, and do not have inserted cardiac pacemakers, patient monitoring devices, insulin pumps, defibrillators, cochlear implants, metallic foreign bodies inside of your eyes, aneurysm clips in your head, or suffering from claustrophobia - the fear of being in closed or narrow space, and/or any other significant disease, you may be qualified for participating in this research study as a healthy volunteer.

We will use a multi-channel MRI machine to look at your heart, as well as the blood vessels inside your brain, lungs, abdomen, and/or lower extremities.

Per your request, you will receive these MRI images at no charge. You will also receive a $40.00 check or a Gift card to cover your study  participation related expenses and a pass for free parking at UCLA, while attending the study procedures.

This study is conducted at 300 UCLA MP B1-30.

If you or anyone you know are interested in participating in this study, please contact us for further information at 310-206-6519.
