Dr. Lowe is the Endowed McKenzie Professor of Health Disparities Research and Director of the Center for Indigenous Nursing Research for Health Equity at Florida State University, College of Nursing in Tallahassee Florida. His eminent career has involved leadership experiences in education, administration, clinical practice, and consultation. He is the recipient of numerous awards for his outstanding accomplishments and currently serves as an elected member of the National Advisory Council for Nursing Research.
